Exceptional Staff and Memorable Experience! I had a fantastic stay, and I’d like to sincerely thank Jack, and Mary for their outstanding service. Jack at the front desk were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional. They made the check-in process smooth and were always available with a smile to assist with anything I needed during my stay. A special thank you to Mary, who took care of the food service—every meal was absolutely delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Her warmth and attention to detail made the dining experience feel personal and special. Also at check out was nice and smooth. This kind of service truly elevates a stay, and I’m very grateful for the genuine hospitality shown by the entire team. Highly recommended!

Everything about the hotel was brilliant. Khaled on the front desk manages the hotel professionally. Always friendly and useful with tourist advice. Mary in the house department prepares a healthy and large breakfast which is included in the room rate. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The hotel is downtown, opposite the Roman amphitheater. The Roman citadel is within walking distance. The markets, coffee shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. I can’t fault this hotel for the price, location, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff as well as the other international guests. It was a real pleasure staying here. It strongly influenced my positive impression of Jordan.

Going to Jordan was a dream come true to me and it wouldnt be the same if i wouldn't have stayed at Zaman Ya Zaman hotel. Khaled the receptionist as the rest of the stuff was so friendly and helpful to me from the first day till the last. They helped me with all the trips and sightseeing in & out of Amman and everything was perfect! The hotel itself is located in the heart of the historical center. It's beautifuil, clean and it offers a fabulous breakfast. What else could a visitor needs?!!! I love you all and I thank you from the bottom of my heart❣️🙏
